Not only does it give you peace of mind knowing your skin is squeaky clean, free of dirt and bacteria but this process also helps you cleanse for longer without even realising it! Essentially you need about 60 seconds for a cleanser to properly work its magic. 3. DON’T WAIT RIGHT UNTIL BEDTIME FOR YOUR FACIAL

Putting your products on right before bedtime seems like the easiest way but essentially your pillowcase is benefiting from these ingredients more than you are. Most skincare products take around 20 minutes to completely soak into the layers of the skin. Give yourself at least an hour before slipping into your silky sheets.

4. CHANGE YOUR PILLOWCASE MORE THAN YOU THINK!

Your pillowcase is your best friend so let’s treat it that way! Leaving your pillowcases for too long harbours an environment for bacteria to grow. This bacteria is then resting against your beautiful skin for more than 7 hours at night leading to further breakouts, skin sensitivities and more. If changing your pillowcases regularly isn’t an easy habit to break, try laying a soft cloth or towel over the front cover to help ease your skin into a new routine.

 

5. SIMPLE IS BEST

Creating a simple routine is creating simple needs for your skin.
