Gift Card

1. When you purchased the Gift card, an email will be sent to you (or the person you have nominated to be the receiver of the card) with a voucher code. Keep this code safe as anyone with the code can use it.

2. Purchase something from our web store. Add all items you want to the cart, and at checkout you apply the gift card voucher code in the fields where is says "Discount code or gift card" and it will deduct the value of the gift card to the cart value.

a) If the value of the items in cart is more than the value of the gift card, you can still purchase the items by paying the balance by credit card or PayPal.

b) if the value if the purchased items in the cart is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be stored as a credit on future purchases. Just use the same voucher code next time and the balance will be applied to that purchase.

How long is a gift voucher valid for?

There's no expiration on our gift cards when purchasing from our online store.

What happens if I lose my voucher code?

You will need the voucher code when paying for a purchase from our store with your gift card, so best to keep it safe. We don't actually have access to the voucher code, but if you lost it, you may contact Beeautify and we can resend the email with the code to you.

Can I purchase items for higher value than the gift card?

If the value of the items in cart is more than the value of the gift card, you can still checkout and pay the balance by credit card or PayPal. E.g. if your gift card is for $105 and your items in the cart is $110, you just add your credit card details and $5 will be charged to your credit card.

What happens to the balance I purchase items for less than the gift card value?

If the value of the purchased items in the cart is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be stored with us as a credit on future purchases. Just use the same voucher code next time and the balance will be applied to that purchase.

Can I use a discount code and a gift voucher code at the same purchase checkout?

Yes, no problems! During checkout, you can type in the discount code at the same field and click 'apply'. This will apply the discount code to the value of the items in the cart. Then repeat by typing in the gift voucher code and click 'apply'. This will deduct the amount of the gift card from the value of the items in the cart. You will see how much was deducted from the value of cart.
