1.1       Selling terms

We are open to discuss different terms for reselling our products. Most common are either of;

1. Consignment stock with commission
2. Resale (Buy-Sell)
3. Drop shipping

Those have different variance within so always a matter of finding what suits each situation.

Some stockists are well established and may already be working with a preferred selling terms, and we are happy to work and discuss those terms.

But if you do not have terms in mind here are how our common models that you can choose from:

1.1.1      Consignment stock

As the word suggests, the Stockist will sell our products on consignment. This means Beeautify’s products are shipped to the Stockist who will pay only for the products after they have been sold. You, referred to as the Consignee, has the right to return any products which does not sell. Beeautify will allocate and provide stock to the location agreed and the stockist will report on sales at regular intervals.

Remuneration and commission for sold items are negotiated from case by case. Usually, a smaller commission around 10-20%. The Consignee reports the sales and Beeautify will send and invoice with a 7 day payment term.

Pros and cons: it reduces the risk and help cashflow for the stockist, but the relatively little profit. It is however a great initial setup to trial our products without risk.

1.1.2      Resale (Buy-sell)

The stockist buys from Beeautify for wholesale prices and resells to its’ customer. The wholesale price is a percentage fraction of the RRP prices (referred to as a stockist discount). The ownership of the stock is transferred to the Stockist after payment. Payment terms can be discussed to suit the business and cash flow.

The discount is determined by the Stockist’s order value of each order. The more you buy, the greater the discount.

These tiers are currently our preferred options:

Tier 1: 25% discount

• Commitment of buying for more than $1,200 over a 12-month period
• Minimum order value $200 per order
• COD or Prepay
• Local pickup or Stockist pay for shipping cost

Tier 2: 30% discount

• Commitment of buying for more than $3,600 over a 12-month period
• Minimum order value $500 per order
• Payment terms 7 days
• Local pickup or Stockist pay for shipping cost

Tier 3: 35% discount

• Commitment of buying for more than $12,000 over a 12-month period
• Minimum order value $2,000 per order
• Payment terms 30 days
• Local pickup or Stockist pay for shipping cost

1.2       Clarifications of General terms and conditions

• Beeautify is a business name owned by Acobea Pty Ltd with ABN: 74 106 916 410 registered to collect GST. Edible honey is exempted from GST but skincare products and merchandise are subject to GST.
• All prices are shown without GST in this document.
• The Stockist will be authorised to stock product(s) produced by Beeautify.
• The Stockist shall not distribute our products to any other retailers/distributors etc.
• The Stockist may sell our products online
• The Stockist shall not sell our products internationally.
• The Stockist should sell the product(s) at recommended retail price (RRP) or else discuss with Beeautify at what prices range would be suitable
• The Stockist may have time-limited campaigns with special prices from time to time. Contact a Beeautify sales representative for guidance and support.
• Beeautify will charge shipping fees as charged by freight company.
• Beeautify may use a variety of shipping carriers depending on the contents/quantity of the order.
• Please use a physical address when ordering from Beeautify, PO Boxes will not be accepted.
• Shipping times vary depending on the designated address.
• Handling times vary depending on the quantity of stock ordered. If for any reason, there is a back order on your order we will dispatch the item(s) when the stock is available at no additional shipping fee.
• Normal shelf life is approximately 12 months after being packed. If products have been sitting on the stockist’s shelves for over 10 months, contact Beeautify to discuss option of replacing aging stock. This will be done at a nominal administration cost.
