Beeautify Light Day Moisturiser for all skin types

Start your day with Beeautify’s Light Day Moisturiser for a fresh, shine free complexion. The feather-light, fast-absorbing formula is infused with 4% Niacinamide and Australian Lemon Myrtle oil to help regulate sebum, minimise pore appearance, and help prevent congestion.

HOW IT WORKS

Our Light Day Moisturiser supports skin clarity, balance and comfort with active natural ingredients. Niacinamide helps regulate oil production and promote a smooth texture and healthy skin barrier. Australian Lemon Myrtle oil is a botanical powerhouse with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce breakouts and congestion.

Additional ingredients like beeswax, calendula extract and lavender oil deliver antioxidant support, soothe irritation, and refine skin tone.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
  • Niacinamide 4%
  • Lemon Myrtle Oil
  • Calendula CO2 Extract
  • Beeswax

Niacinamide (vitamin B3) – Can help regulate sebum production, lowering skin oil levels. It is also anti-inflammatory, reducing the occurrence of acne breakouts and enlarged pores.

Australian lemon myrtle oil – with the highest concentration of citral, a naturally occurring terpene known for its antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties, lemon myrtle is widely used in the treatment of acne breakouts, leaving the skin with a fresh, lemony scent.

Beeswax – An excellent source of vitamin A, known for its regenerative quality and anti-inflammatory properties work in conjunction to help decrease the irritation, redness and inflammation of oily or acne-prone skin.

Organic calendula CO2 extract – contains a high percentage of flavonoids which act as antioxidants, helping the skin manage environmental stress.

Lavender essential oil - Harvested from Yanchep Lavender Farm in Perth, lavender oil is broadly used in skin care for its anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties. Its use is popular in combating acne, psoriasis and eczema.

Native to the east coast rainforests, lemon myrtle carries one of the highest natural concentrations of citral, known for its antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties. Calms acne-prone skin while leaving a fresh, citrus scent behind.

Beeswax

FAQ

LEARN MORE

What are the main benefits of using the Light Day Moisturiser?

It hydrates without weight, minimises the look of pores, and leaves a smooth, shine-free base for sunscreen or makeup. Niacinamide and Australian lemon myrtle oil do the heavy lifting, helping balance oil levels and keep congestion at bay.

Is the Light Day Moisturiser suitable for all skin types?

Yes. It's lightweight enough for oily and combination skin, yet gentle enough for daily use on sensitive skin too.
If you have extremely dry skin, we recommend pairing it with our Nourishing Night Cream in the evening for deeper hydration.

Will it work if I have sensitive skin?

Yes, it's formulated to be gentle, with no artificial colours, parabens, sulphates or silicones. That said, it does contain natural essential oils like lemon myrtle and lavender, so if your skin is easily reactive, we'd recommend a patch test 24 hours before first use. Apply a small amount to your inner arm and check for any irritation before applying to your face.

Does the Light Day Moisturiser contain any harmful chemicals?

No, the Light Day Moisturiser is handcrafted without mineral oils, phthalates, sulphates, artificial colours, parabens, PEGs, triclosan, EDTA, or silicones. Just active natural ingredients, handcrafted in small batches, with love from Western Australia.

Can the Light Day Moisturiser be used as a primer or aftershave?

Yes, the Light Day Moisturiser can also be used as a primer or aftershave. Its lightweight formula helps to prepare the skin for the application of other products and provides a smooth base for makeup.

Is the Light Day Moisturiser safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Generally yes. It contains small amounts of lemon myrtle and lavender oil, both considered safe in low concentrations, but as with any new skincare product during this time, check with your healthcare provider first.
